Screenprinting

It all starts with your ideas. Your idea is taken to our in house art team who makes a computer generated version of that idea using Corel Draw or Adobe Photoshop, all the while remembering to incorporate the t-shirt color(s) and ink colors you have chosen for your order. Nothing is ever printed without the clients approval of the artwork.

Once you approve your design, it goes to our graphics team, who take your design apart with a method called color separation. Each color of the design will have its own screen. Before your design can be put into production we must print each color on a film positive. This enables us to accuarately reproduce your artwork onto your apparel.

 

Screen printing relies on well constructed screens. The film positives from the production artist go to the screen department, who prepares the screen by coating it with photosensitive emulsion. The color seperated positive is attached to the emulsion coated screens, and taken to be burned for t-shirt printing.  This process is done for each color of your design.

 

Screenprinting finishes by transferring ink through the screen onto the shirt. To begin this process, the press is loaded with the mesh screens. Ink colors are then poured onto the proper screens. The logo is printed one color at a time until it resembles the initial artwork. We then run the apparel through our 15 foot dryer to properly cure the ink.

 

 

Embroidery

Our custom embroidery services are among the best in the apparel embroidery industry. Our embroidery division can create custom embroidered caps, golf polos, tote bags, jackets, sweaters and T shirts with your custom design or logo.  Buying power: We purchase the majority of our apparel in bulk so that we can offer discount services to our clients. Embroidery prices are calculated on a per stitch basis. We digitize your custom design or business logo to determine the embroidery stitch count. The stitch count indicates the amount of time required to embroider the apparel pc. The lower the stitch count, the lower the cost!
